How to order prescription
glasses
Please make sure Cookies are turned on in your browser

Internet Explorer Users
1. In an IE browser window, select Tools > Internet Options.
2. In IE 6.0 or above, select the Privacy tab. In IE 5.0
or below, select the security tab.
3. Click on the Advanced button.
4. Select 'override automatic cookie handling', 'accept
first party cookies' and 'always allow session cookies'
5. Click the OK buttons.
Firefox Users
1. In an Firefox browser window, select Tools > Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3.Under cookies, check the "accept cookies from sites"
check box.
4. Click the OK button.
How to order glasses
with prescription lenses?
1. Find the desired frame. To search for
desired frames for the type of lens you want ( Bifocal
glasses, multifocal
glasses or Computer
glasses, rimless
glasses, titanium
glasses or prescription
sunglasses etc), please click on the hot
link on the left hand side of the page. For more advanced
search options, please visit the Advanced
Search page. Click on a frame to view detailed information
about that frame.
2. For frames that can be fitted with prescription lenses,
the available types of lens that can be fitted to the selected
frame are displayed in the "Add Prescription Lenses"
selection box. Please check a desired lens type, then click
on the "Add to Cart" button.
3. Enter your prescription. Please enter any other additional
information into the "Additional Note" field.
If you are ordering computer access lenses, please enter
"Intermediate Add" value provided on your script
to the "Additional Note" field. When you finish,
click on the "Choose Lenses>" button.
4. Select a lens package. Description of the lens package
or lens options can be viewed by hovering the mouse over
the information "I" icon. You can change package
by clicking on the radio button on the top row. You can
then choose to add extra features such as "anti-reflective
coating", "sunglasses tint" etc. to the lenses.
The total cost of the lens package is displayed at the bottom
of the package. Please click on the "Shopping Cart
Summary >" button once you are happy with your selection.
This will bring you to the shopping cart summary page.
5. The shopping cart shows you the frames and the lenses
you have chosen and a cost break-down of individual items.
You can remove or edit the glasses in the shopping cart
by clicking on the "Edit" or "Remove"
link under the glasses image. Once you are happy with your
shopping cart, please click on the "Check Out"
button to proceed to payment.

will work out the best lenses for you on your budget based
on your prescription and the frame you choose. The best way
to find out the costs of your lenses is to follow the shopping
steps as described above " How
to order glasses with prescription lenses?". Here
are the steps again:
1. Pick a frame from the research result by clicking on the
hot link on the left, select a lens type (single Vision Distance
or single vision near or bifocal or multifocal or computer
lenses) by check on the radio button on the frame detail page.
2. Enter your prescription.
3. You will be presented with a maximum of 3 lens packages.
The first package is usually sufficient. You can change your
selections between packages and adding extra features, such
as Anti-reflective coating, sunglasses tint, polarizer or
photochromic, to the lenses within a package. The total costs
are shown at the bottom of the packages.
