Your payment details are entered into a secure
payment gateway that utilises the latest 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) encryption technology to protect your sensitive data. Your
payment card details are not stored in our system in any form.
The secure payment gateway uses https protocol and is guarded
by VeriSign SSL certificate for maximum security. You can
click on the VeriSign logo on the credit card payment page to
verify the SSL certificate status.
In addition to Visa and MasterCard, we also offer
Paypal, which allows you to make payment from your bank account.
PayPal allows you to send money securely from
your credit card, debit card or bank account without even revealing
those details.
Paypal is free to join. With over 1 million accounts
in Australia, and over 86 million accounts worldwide, PayPal is
rapidly becoming one of the most common payment methods for online
purchases.
The most common reasons for a declined credit
card payment are either your card was not issued by an Australian
bank, or your credit card is issued overseas and your issuing
bank does not allow transactions overseas or if your internet
connection originates outside Australia (we find this can often
happen if you're accessing the internet from work, and are employed
by an international corporation).
In this case, we would recommend you contact your
issuing bank first. If the problem remains, please fax your
order and credit card information to us at 03 95023518 and we
will process your order manually.
No. The prices marked on the frames are for the glasses frames only. The lenses to use will also depend on
how strong your prescription is. The price for single vision lenses starts from $29 for CR39 lenses to $200 for high index 1.74
lenses if your prescription is very strong. It is not possible to include a universal price for different lenses in the price of the frame.
The best way to find out the costs of your lenses is to follow the shopping steps as follow:
1. Pick a frame from the research result by clicking on the hot link on the left, select a lens type (single Vision Distance or single vision near or bifocal or multifocal or computer lenses) by check on the radio button on the frame detail page.
2. Enter your prescription.
3. You will be presented with a maximum of 3 lens packages. The first package is usually sufficient. You can change your selections between packages and adding extra features, such as Anti-reflective coating, sunglasses tint, polarizer or photochromic, to the lenses within a package. The total costs are shown at the bottom of the packages.
All of our frame prices are GST inclusive. However
the lens prices are GST free.
